3. How We Collect User Information
Session ID cookies: are temporary and are erased from your hard disk once you close your browser and are used to keep track of user preferences while using our Services. For example; if we do not use session ID cookies on e-commerce applications then items placed in a shopping cart would not appear at Checkout.
Persistent cookies: enables us to remember you on subsequent visits, speeding up or enhancing your experience of service offered. You can manually delete these cookies any time you want.

We restrict access to personal information to URU employees on a need-to-know basis. Every employee has to enter into a confidentiality agreement with us and is bound by it.
